Thom is the President and Founder of The M Network. Daily, Thom applies nearly 30 years of marketing and branding experience to the clients he serves. His background includes 20+ years in television – most recently as the Vice President and Director of Creative Service at NBC. While there, Thom managed the Advertising & Promotions, Design, Programming, Community Service and Public Relations departments for the NBC Televisions Stations Group. Based here in Miami and under NBC’s “Six-Sigma” training structure, Thom was also charged with broad oversight of the Creative Service departments at NBC’s Miami, Dallas, Birmingham and Raleigh-Durham television stations. He was the point-person for creative service integration during the NBC/Telemundo acquisition.
Throughout his career, Thom has been the recipient of a host of awards including Emmy, Telly, ADDY and Promax awards.
Thom is proud to have helped create Forever Family. Up until 2010, he served on the Board of the charitable statewide organization whose goal is to find the more than 500,000 children in foster care permanent and loving homes. Through television and radio profiles more than 40% of all children appearing in a Forever Family segment are adopted.
Today, in addition to servicing his clients, he is the branding voice heard regularly on Sirius/XM’s POTUS. He has been a guest speaker on C-SPAN to discuss branding insights and strategies, and speaks at local universities on branding and advertising. Thom is an Elder and teacher at Key Biscayne Presbyterian Church and also a volunteer Little League coach.
