You come from a family of entrepreneurs, tell us about it. What do you think you learned the most about business from seeing your family operate their business?

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs feels like being part of a never-ending story where everyone is constantly hustling and trying new things while never knowing what the end goal really is. Think of watching this ongoing adventure where they’d dive into challenges headfirst, finding solutions to the obstacles as they came across them. From them, I learned that in business, you gotta roll with the punches, get creative when things don’t go as planned, and always keep an eye out for opportunities. Nothing in this life comes easy but anything that’s worth having will be the hardest to come by. They taught me that entrepreneurship isn’t just a job, but a mindset. A way of looking at the world with curiosity and this drive to become the best at whatever it is you look to pursue. My father taught me this proverb from his native tongue, ‘Cu Nesci Arrinesci.’ It’s meant to signify that those who get out of their comfort zone succeed. I can’t think of better words to live by as an aspiring entrepreneur.

What is something that you have learned so far that you hope to apply to your future – professionally or personally?

Despite my young age, I feel I’ve already overcome numerous obstacles in both my personal and professional life, and I know I’m destined to overcome countless more. One of these obstacles is dealing with the opinions and actions of others who can’t bear the thought of others’ success. I once read a quote, ‘One day, those who didn’t believe in you will tell people how they met you.’ To me, this quote reflects how those who once doubted you might end up praising you when you succeed. It’s taught me to ignore negativity and keep moving forward. Whether in work or personal life, it’s about proving doubters wrong by staying true to myself and focusing on what’s important for the future I envision. Lastly, it’s a reminder to surround myself with positivity and keep hustling, so one day, those skeptics from my past will be the ones saying, ‘I knew him back when…’

After a long work week, where could we find you on a Saturday evening and a Sunday afternoon?

Although the thought of a work-free Saturday evening sounds glamorous, unfortunately, that isn’t the case for me. So, to reiterate the question, in my free time, you’re likely to catch me hitting the gym to unwind and get a good workout in, or perhaps cooling off by the pool while reading a book, enjoying some relaxation under the sun. Depending on the indecisive weather patterns Miami loves to showcase, I could also be found on the soccer field, either training alone to keep in shape or schooling some players on the opposing team in a friendly, yet sometimes not-so-friendly, match.

What would your last meal be?

I like to consider myself somewhat of a foodie, so this question would be hard to determine with just one dish. I would have to say that my last meal would begin with a variety of sushi, including Ikura rolls, Uni rolls, Spicy tuna rolls, and of course, shrimp tempura rolls. I would count on there being a delicious Beef Wellington served with a nice mushroom risotto as well. Living in the perfect world that we do, I would also assume that I am to ask for a dessert to end the meal, and for me, that dessert would have to be slutty brownies (excuse my language), served with some vanilla ice cream. As delicious as this sounds, I now have to organize a workout to burn off all the calories I just mentioned.

What is your favorite sports team?

Juventus. I grew up playing practically every sport offered in the U.S., but the one that I stuck to was soccer. From the moment I kicked the ball for the first time, I was captivated by the beauty and excitement of the game. As I dove deeper into the world of soccer, I discovered the rich history of Italian ‘calcio’ and the immense legacy of Juventus. Their style of playing and the passion of their fans is unparalleled to those of other leagues, in my opinion of course. Supporting Juventus has become more than just rooting for a team; it’s a part of my identity, a symbol of my love for the beautiful game. Whether it’s watching their matches or proudly wearing their colors on game days, Juventus will always hold a special place in my heart.

What is your dream vacation destination?

Without a doubt, it’s Capri, Italy – a place that feels like stepping into a dream. I went this past summer and some of the highlights were cruising through the enchanting Blue Grotto, marveling at the majestic Faraglioni, and soaking in panoramic views from Monte Solaro. Capri’s beauty knows no bounds, and every corner whispers tales of elegance. It would be a dream of mine to return and one day have a home there to visit every so often. It truly is a destination where fantasy meets reality, making it the perfect setting for an unforgettable adventure.

What is something about you I wouldn’t know to ask about?

Well, I like to think I am, for the most part, an open book; however, I love to leave a good impression through clothing. You see, I’ve always believed that how you present yourself speaks volumes about who you are, and I take great pride in my wardrobe, especially my watch collection. Although it’s only the beginning, I’ve spent a lot of time researching watches because I feel that a proper timepiece adds just the right amount of flair to any outfit. It’s not just about telling time – it’s also about showing off a bit of personality too. Not to mention, if you’re always dressed to impress, then a photo should never catch you off guard… “SMILE!”

Is there anything else you want to add?

Ultimately, I am thrilled to be a part of The M Network, where I can bring my passion for innovation to work and help make this company continue growing. With each project and interaction, I aim to make a positive impact and leave a lasting mark on the company’s success. Together, I hope to continue to push boundaries, inspire greatness, and achieve remarkable milestones. Here’s to a bright future at The M!
