HistoryMiami Museum’s Summer Passport Program is Back!

Families, Public Relations

Are you looking for activities to do with your family this summer that are FUN and FREE?

Look no further than the Smithsonian-affiliated museum located in the heart of downtown Miami, HistoryMiami Museum. The HMM Summer Passport Program is back and grants kids and their families FREE admission to the museum from June 8 to August 16, 2022!

This exciting educational adventure allows kiddos to explore South Florida’s rich past from the museum’s vast collection of artifacts, such as Seminole patchwork clothing and treasure salvaged from the 1622 Nuestra Señora de Atocha shipwreck, discovered 35 years ago off the coast of the Florida Keys.

This learning experience will foster engagement in the community as everyone from little kids to teens explore the 70,000-square-foot facility. Home to more than two million historical images and 30,000 three-dimensional artifacts, including a 1920s trolley car, artifacts from Pan American World Airways, and rafts that brought refugees to Miami, HMM is the place to be this summer.

Pick up your passports today at the museum’s front desk, located at 101 West Flagler St., Miami. Each passport offers free admission to children and their family members (up to four people per passport). Click here to learn more about, HistoryMiami Museum’s Summer Passport Program.
