The Miami Foundation Case Study
CHALLENGE
The Miami Foundation deals with people who are philanthropic-minded and therefore, strive to direct their philanthropy to the causes of their choice and make a return on their investment.
But the question is: How can the Miami Foundation communicate to the donors to donate through The Miami Foundation instead of donating directly to a charity? How do you motivate an individual to donating at all?
APPROACH
We are growing the Miami Foundation’s brand in a way that is more in tune with their mission. The Miami Foundation naturally has a selfless platform and that is why we moved their model from a Miami Foundation centric mindset to the voices of the donors and the end beneficiaries of the Miami Foundation.
THE OUTCOME
We created a series of video vignettes showcasing their donors or as we call ambassadors. The ambassadors voiced their very personal story in philanthropy and how The Miami Foundation assisted them to champion a cause, any cause. We developed an entire campaign for their 50th Anniversary showcasing these individuals not only in vignette form but also in event intros, event collateral, social media and print ads.
